After conducting an exhaustive research, Hearts & Science Canada and Vizeum Canada clients were found. These clients have been added in columns C and D, tabs Hearts & Science and Vizeum Canada of the attached spreadsheet. Examples of Hearts & Science Canadian clients are Tide, Turner, HBO, Barclays, AT&T and Touché!'s digital clients, like Tourisme Montreal, Lait au Chocolat, Red Bull, VW, Audi and Kohler among others. Likewise, Vizeum Canadanian customers include Budweiser, eOne, Durex, IKEA, ABI, William Grant, A&W, Twitter and Michelob among others. Below is a description of the methodology used in locating these clients.
Hearts & Science Canada
Below are the strategies that were used in conducting an exhaustive search of Hearts & Science Canada clients.
1. Hearts & Science Website
We began our search by combing through the Hearts & Science website. In particular, we concentrated on the clients and news section. Using this strategy we were able to identify some company clients, namely; Procter & Gamble, AT&T, AMGEN and Barclays among others.
2. Parent Company
Omnicon Media Group (OMG) is the parent company of Hearts & Science. The team conducted a search on this company's website (that is, news, annual reports, and agencies sections). This exercise yielded some clients for Hearts & Science Canada, like Procter & Gamble.
3. Industry Sources
Another strategy that was utilized was a review of industry sources. Specifically, the team referenced Adweek, Adbrands, Marketing Magazine, Media in Canada and Canadian Out of Home Marketing and Measurement Bureau (COMMB). From these sources, various Hearts & Science Canada's clients were found. These include Tide, Turner and P&G among others.
4. Third-party company profiles
The research team also conducted a search of Hearts & Science Canada's clients through third-party sources. These sources include LikedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook and Crunchbase. Clients uncovered using this strategy are P&G and AT&T.
5. Press search
A press search was also undertaken to establish Hearts & Science Canada's clients. In particular, the team used the following sources: Newswire and La Presse. From this strategy the team found out that Hearts & Science also handles Touche! (sister company) digital clients. Some of these clients are Tourisme Montreal, Lait au Chocolat, Red Bull, VW, Audi and Kohler among others.
6. Job adverts
The last technique that was used in finding Hearts & Science Canadian clients is browsing job advertisement websites. These websites are Neuvoo and Talent Portal. However, this strategy did not provide any useful leads.
The following are the strategies that were employed in conducting an extensive search of Vizeum Canada clients.
1. Vizeum Website
The first strategy the was employed in trying to locate Vizeum Canada's clients is an analysis of its website. Areas of focus included the news and work sections. From this strategy we found the following companies: Bud Lite and Twitter among others.
2. Parent Company
The second strategy that was utilized is an analysis of Vizeum Canada's parent company (that is, Dentsu Aegis Network). We focused our attention on the company's annual report and our work sections. Using this strategy the team identified clients like Twitter and Budweiser.
3. Industry sources
Industry sources were yet another helpful strategy in finding Vizeum Canada's clients. Sources used include: Media in Canada and Direct Marketing Magazine. Examples of clients found are A&W and eOne.
4. Job adverts
Job adverts sources that were searched include Eluta and Glassdoor. However, these sources did not provide clients of Vizeum but instead provided examples of job positions that were available at the company.
5. Press release
A press release search was done to establish Vizeum Canada's clients. This strategy involved a search on press release aggregator Newswire. However, we did not find any clients but instead found general information about the company.
6. Social Media
The team also tried reviewing Vizeum Canada's social media pages in search of the company's clients. Specifically, the team analyzed the company's Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube profiles. Examples of companies unearthed using this strategy are IKEA, ABI and William Grant.
