Building a Criteria for Ideal Customers (2)

Molly Laughter, Carlos Lowenberg, Brian Fry, William Waggoner, Jeffrey Yeakle, John Koshy, Angela Wentz, Judy Garrison, Stephen Gilbreth, and Eric Maldonado are 10 members that are listed in the "Application Responses" tab, the "Member Rating Sheet" tab and the "Best Customer Enriched Info" tab of the attached spreadsheet. Commonalities between these members include being easy to work with, actively marketing and having a LinkedIn profile.

Research Strategy

In order to complete this research, we started by identifying ten members who were listed on all three of the tabs noted above. Once we had this list, we looked through the information on the spreadsheets to find things they all have in common. We then did internet searches for each member in the list to determine if they all had social media profiles. We found that all have LinkedIn profiles, but only some of them have Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram profiles. Therefore, we included LinkedIn as the only social media site they have in common.

Building a Criteria for Ideal Customers (3)

Lauren Uphouse, Schad TenBroeck, Stewart Willis, Juan Munoz, Mike Henzes, Kristen Barbour, Nolan Baker, Richard Mida and Andy Silver are the nine members that are listed in the "Application Responses" tab, the "Member Rating Sheet" tab and the "Best Customer Enriched Info" tab of the attached spreadsheet and were not addressed in the previous research.

Common Traits

Research Strategy

To complete this research, we started by identifying members who were listed on all three of the tabs noted above that had not been covered in the previous research. There were nine members who met the criteria of being listed on all three tabs and had not been previously covered. Once we had this list, we looked through the information on the spreadsheet to find things they all have in common. We then did social media searches for each member in the list to determine if they all had social media profiles. We found that all have LinkedIn profiles, but only some of them have Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram profiles. Therefore, we included LinkedIn as the only social media site they have in common. We then reviewed their LinkedIn profiles for similarities, which resulted in the identification of some college education as an additional trait they have in common.
