Build me a list of early stage investments in companies producing real estate management and customer relationship services
Hello and thank you for your question on early-stage investments in real estate and customer relationship services. As per your request, you'll find below a list of deals that meet your criteria, with a short write-up for each. I was able to provide amounts and names of investors in each case, however I could not find reliable sources for valuations and shares sold.
The information on deals for Real Estate Management companies is, as you can see, significantly older (i.e., investments were made earlier) and generally had less available information. The few that I have included were the only ones that I could find with any information meaningful to your inquiry.

SUMMARY
At the moment, it seems that investments in real estate management start-ups has dropped off significantly from where it was in 2000- 2005. On the other hand, investments in CRM solutions remain very popular, and companies have been successful in getting multiple rounds of investment from their partners.
Thanks again for using Wonder, and if there is anything else with which we can be of assistance, please let us know.
