Research Strategy

To provide data on the attributes of Chick-N-Bap and Benny Cassanova's, the research team began by exploring their respective websites, as well as social media profiles. We also reviewed media articles regarding the two companies and explored both expert and customer reviews for each. Notably, Benny Cassanova’s has not been very active on online (website) or social media, and there is not much information about it in the public domain, apart from its launch and opening of a physical location. It also mostly posts about food on its social media pages. While it started out as a Ghost Kitchen concept offering delivery services, it recently ventured into physical restaurants, but there is very little information regarding the atmosphere at its single location. The research team searched for any pictures from the business and its customers, to no avail. We also searched unsuccessfully for any information on the feel or atmosphere from reviews. We could only provide the single image sourced from a media article.
