Who are the best commercial/retail/industrial real estate brokers in Massachusetts?
Hi! Thank you for your request to research the top commercial/retail/industrial real estate brokers in Massachusetts, ideally those with experience seeking medical marijuana dispensaries.
The short version is that the following agents are ranked as top-performing real estate brokers: Tracy Campion, Robb Cohen, Karin O'Connor, Beth Dickerson, R. Wayne Lopez, Michael Carucci, Frank Celeste, Paul Whaley, Christopher Sower and Carmela Laurella.
Below you will find a deep dive of my research along with methodology and description of results.
METHODOLOGY
To answer your query my colleague and I focused our research on the top real estate brokers in Massachusetts instead of lawyers or attorneys. We also tried to find agents that had published information on whether they have sought medical marijuana dispensaries. I did not find any agent profile that directly states they have experience in brokering medical marijuana dispensary properties. However, the 10 agents included in the list below are all experienced brokers noted for their experience in dealing with a range of properties. Please read on to see the list.
