Asian Heritage Grants

Cultural heritage encompasses the way of living based on past generations, that includes artifacts, monuments, documents, crafts and other tangible and intangible assets. It is of paramount importance to preserve a nation's cultural heritage in order to preserve its identity and ensure that the legacy of the past not be lost and, instead, is passed on to the future generation.
In order to achieve this, there are many organizations that were formed with the purpose of seeking out cultural legacies, understanding them, preserving the findings, restoring those that were lost, and helping promote the way of living of past generations. These organizations need support and funding in order to keep doing this daunting task of preserving their nation's rich history.
To support these organizations, there were several foundations around the world that have been established to provide support and ensure that endeavors continue to be done to preserve cultural legacies. The foundations that I have selected, already gave out numerous grants to heritage preservation organizations, particularly in Asia and in China, making them ideal choices to include in this list.
