To analyze the reviews for Trello on several review sites
Hello! Thank you for using Wonder to request an analysis of Trello's consumer reviews on Capterra, G2Crowd and GetApp! In short, we have tallied 295 complaints across these three websites, and have compiled our findings into this spreadsheet for you. Below, you will find a deep dive of our methodology!
In order to answer your question, we looked at the reviews on each of the specified websites. As directed, we only took into consideration reviews that were negative while also excluding negative reviews pertaining to design, user experience, slow site and service, difficult set-up, and price. Also, GetApp featured many reviews that were sourced directly from Capterra, so we made sure that we did not include any of the Capterra reviews in the GetApp tallies, as these reviews were duplicates of the reviews that we had already tallied in the Capterra column via the Capterra website.
On our spreadsheet, we have included a list of 12. This was done as to show the full total of tallies we analyzed, including those that did not make it into the top ten. However, we have only included excerpts from the top 10 problems identified.
As requested, we have made a separate sheet in the workbook for each problem and have included and handful of excerpts from the reviews as they relate to each of these problems. Please note that we have not cataloged all 295 review excerpts, as this would be out of scope for a single Wonder response.
