To analyze the reviews for Asana on several review sites
Hello! Thank you for your query about the reviews for Asana on several review sites. Please view the findings in the attached spreadsheet.
METHODOLOGY
The g2crowd website allowed me to link the various review ratings (1 star, 1&2 star and 1,2&3 star) separately. The GetApp and Capterra websites seemed to have the same user base for reviews, so you might only need to use one of the sources. I would recommend using GetApp, as it allows for you to filter by reviewer rating.
Most of the 1, 2 or 3 star (or even above) reviews on GetApp didn’t have details, users just rate the product and didn’t write up/mentioned any positive/negative comments or pros/cons.
RESULTS
The spreadsheet contains (the results of negative comments only, per intensity and size of the problem): a list of problems according to the frequency of mentions 1-10 (Tab1) and the excerpts from the complaints (Tab2 — Tab 11).
10 main negative reviews/problems are as below:
• Poor project & task management
• Poorly organized functionality
• Horrible integration/sync
• Difficult to manage & share calendar
• Non-Intuitive
• Too many e-mail notifications
• Limited search results
• Poor communication
• No file system
• Not secure
Other than the websites specified in the notes, the website stacklist has various negative reviews and criticisms (if you wish to have some more results), but these results are not added in the spreadsheet.
CONCLUSION
To wrap it up, after searching extensively through g2crowd, getapp and capterra the results are compiled in the attached spreadsheet.
